Fruit&Vegetable

Many of the fruits and vegetables we eat in our daily lives are sold with pesticides and preservatives left on them for agricultural productivity and preservation until shipment. Many of them are not good for you, right? Many of them have been found to have various effects on the human body, such as carcinogenesis, developmental disorders (brain damage, etc.). And they are not getting 100% of their original nutrients (vitamins).

It's easy to remove those pesticides and keep them fresh longer!
In fact, it's so easy!
And you'll be amazed at the difference in taste!

Very easy to use! And it’s fast!

Just a bowl, MEGUMI, and some water.

If you want to remove pesticides, just mix MEGUMI and water 2:1 in a bowl and let it soak for 10-15 minutes! Pesticides are acidic, so they combine with alkalinity to float in the water and neutralize it.

Tested for sterilization and removal of E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, MARS, and Trichophyton.

If you want to keep your food fresh, just spray it and store it in the refrigerator in plastic wrap or Ziploc.

This is the difference between shiitake mushrooms and shiso leaves after 6 days of storage in the refrigerator.

Pesticide removal method using alkaline water with calcium-based main ingredient

Calcium usually changes its form during the processing process.

(Changes in calcium)

Calcium carbonate (shell) ➡ incineration ➡ calcium oxide ➡ water processing ➡ calcium hydroxide

Calcium has the property of becoming alkaline when it is combined with water.

When calcium is combined with water for 15 to 30 minutes, it undergoes a chemical reaction and emits heat. (The temperature reaches about 60℃.)

Considering the human body temperature, this is a very high temperature. However, MEGUMI has added special processing to this process to prevent heat generation no matter how much time passes (patent application to be filed, including international). The product is 99.9% natural, so it can be used safely and securely even in households with children and pets.

There are also methods to remove inedible calcium powder by dissolving it in water, but they make the food slippery! Difficult to pour out! However, there are products on the market that are not very suitable for this purpose.

There are some products on the market that are not suitable for this purpose.

The food we eat contains a variety of nutrients, and by consuming them, we can maintain our health. However, if pesticides, which are extremely harmful to our health, are still attached to the food, it will be impossible to consume 100% of the nutrients in the fruits and vegetables, making it difficult to maintain good health and causing various diseases. In the future, it will be important to take in proper nutrition and improve our immunity against diseases and viruses.

If you add MEGUMI to the water used for cut flowers, it will remove bacteria from the water, which will prevent the stems from clogging up and allow the water to pass through to the flowers, making them more vibrant and prolonging their life. The water will pass through to the flowers.

MEGUMI has conducted the following sterilization and pesticide removal tests.

Tested for sterilization of E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA, and Trichophyton (Japan Food Analysis Center)

As a result of the latest test, it was confirmed that the new coronavirus was completely sterilized and removed in 2 minutes by a joint research team of Nagasaki International University and Miyazaki University.

I would like to explain the functions of fruits and vegetables as well as how to use them.

(Dilution ratio MEGIMI 2:1 water)

Strawberry

Strawberries contain a lot of potassium, xylitol and other dietary fibers, which stimulate the colon and improve bowel movements. Potassium is a kind of mineral that keeps the nerves and muscles functioning properly. They also contain one of the highest levels of vitamin C among fruits, about twice as much as tangerines. Vitamin C has an antioxidant effect and prevents the aging of blood vessels and organs.

Seven kinds of pesticides are used on strawberries. This is the result of soaking strawberries in a bowl of MEGUMI on the left and a bowl of water only on the right for about 15 minutes. On the left, you can see white pesticides and preservatives floating in the water.

shiitake mushrooms

The beta-glucan contained in mushrooms enhances the work of immune cell macrophages and prevents lifestyle-related diseases such as cancer. It also has antibacterial, antiviral, hypoglycemic and hypotensive effects. It has been reported that taking 3g daily can reduce blood cholesterol and slow down the decline of cognitive function.

The shiitake on the right is left untreated, and the one on the left is wrapped with kitchen paper and sprayed with MEGUMI to wet the stem. The one sprayed with MEGUMI is almost the same as when it was purchased. The one sprayed with MEGUMI is almost the same as when it was purchased, while the one without MEGUMI has lost moisture, become dry, and some mold has formed.

shiso leaves

It is rich in beta-carotene, which suppresses active oxygen and protects against lifestyle-related diseases such as arteriosclerosis and myocardial infarction, and is effective in improving immunity and preventing cancer. It has a high antiseptic effect and contains many minerals necessary for the body such as iron and calcium. It is used in many Chinese herbal medicines as an energy-relieving medicine.

Sprayed the large leaf on the left to sterilize bacteria. After 5 days in the refrigerator, the sprayed leaves were fresh, while the untreated leaves were rotten.

apple

It is rich in procyanidins, polyphenols. It has a strong antioxidant effect and is effective in preventing lifestyle-related diseases such as arteriosclerosis and metabolic syndrome. It strengthens blood vessels and helps maintain the normal functioning of muscles and heart. It also has an antiflatulent effect and helps to prevent constipation and diarrhea.

Soaking apples in MEGUMI for 15 to 30 minutes will neutralize the acidic pesticides and lift them off the skin. After that, you can rinse them with water and eat the whole skin to take vitamins without worry.

spinach

Spinach is a green vegetable with high nutritional value in terms of vitamins, minerals, etc. Beta-carotene is known for its anti-carcinogenic and immune-stimulating properties, but it is also converted into vitamin A in the body to maintain healthy hair, eyesight, mucous membranes and skin, and to protect the throat, lungs and respiratory system. It is also said to protect the throat, lungs, and respiratory system.

Soaking spinach in MEGUMI will neutralize the acidic pesticides by the alkali (MEGUMI) and bring them all to the surface. It can then be washed off with water and eaten with peace of mind.

broccoli

It is a very nutritious vegetable, and if you eat 100 grams of it, you can get all the vitamin C you need for the day. In addition to vitamin C, it also contains a lot of folic acid, vitamin E, vitamin K, potassium, and dietary fiber, making it one of the most nutritious vegetables.

Soaking broccoli in MEGUMI will neutralize the acidic pesticides and lift them out of the soil. In addition, since leaves repel water, various insects live in the spaces between the leaves, so proper pretreatment is necessary. Mites, which are sensitive to alkali, are killed by MEGUMI.

To maintain the freshness of many of the leafy greens that get damaged too quickly, simply spray MEGUMI on them and store them in the refrigerator for a week to 10 days.
